Costa Del Sol is a gated community with 24 hour security and only 300 meters to the Blue Flag Playa Bejuco. The community features a dual resort style pool, lighted tennis court and green space. Paved roads from the costanera and throughout the neighborhood along with great neighbors and security make this a safe place for the kids to ride their bikes or the family to take an evening walk.
The entire home is for your private use.
With ample room to spread out this home features a full kitchen and an outdoor gas grill and outdoor dining area by the pool. You can find peace and quiet in the spacious rancho surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. For the family that wants space and luxury this is the perfect home.
The beach is a short five minute walk but a car is recommended to take advantage of all of the activities and sites in the area.
ELECTRICITY CHARGES- there will be no extra charge if your usage is under 40 kWh per day. This is very easy to maintain by ensuring the air conditioners are turned off when you are not using the rooms or out of the house. We will take a meter reading at check in and another at check out. Any usage over 40 KWh per day will be charged at $0.27 per kWh. This amount will be requested through AIRBNB under the Security Deposit claim procedure.
