About this house rental
Simple comforts of home are provided in our 1450 sq. ft. , two bedrooms, two and a half bath townhouse which is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. With all the amenities of home, you're sure to enjoy all that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer.
This is a brand new listing and we are new to hosting! We are excited to launch this rental property and are eager to receive our first guests.
The space
The townhouse has two bedrooms upstairs, each furnished with a queen size bed and its own full bathroom. A half bathroom is located downstairs. Laundry Room includes a full-sized washer and dryer, laundry detergent/fabric softener, bleach, iron and ironing board.
The living room is furnished with a full size couch, love seat, recliner, a coffee table. A wall mounted TV has basic cable, Apple TV, Netflix and Hulu. Fast internet wi-fi is provided.
There is a full kitchen with all the kitchenware, including a full-size stove/oven and refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, blender, and an assortment of kitchen utensils. Tableware includes plates, bowls, glassware, and eating utensils. A bistro set for two is located by the bay window in the kitchen area, while a dining table for six is adjacent to the kitchen.
The spacious patio area has a gazebo (with netting), patio chairs and a table; a quiet place to sit and relax. A charcoal grill is provided for those outdoor grilling occasions.
Parking for two vehicles is located in front of the unit. Additional parking is available in the cul-de-sac.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home. You will have space to yourself and will only share it with those that you are traveling with.

We were so pleased with this rental. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved how conveniently located it was to our Asheville family and the amenities in Arden. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was such a perk as well. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck under the pergola, listening to the birds. We look forward to renting this unit again.

Fantastic home. Very clean and well maintained, accurate listing. We stayed for my cousins birthday trip to the Biltmore estate and was such close proximity. I would book this again for sure

We had an awesome stay. Everything was wonderful from the easy check in, beautiful furnishings, great covered deck, and thoughtful amenities to the well appointed kitchen… we loved it!
