Welcome to Bougainvillea 2305, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse in Reserva Conchal boasting one of the best views in all of the desirable Bougainvillea community offers a spacious floor plan of over 1,800 square feet with vaulted ceilings, central a/c, a large covered terrace to soak in the outstanding views, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The master suite at Bougainvillea 2305 has beautiful ocean views, a private ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, a walk-in closet and an elegant king-sized bed. The guest bedrooms have ocean views as well and are very comfortable - one with two twin beds and the other with a King bed.
Our property is professionally managed by My Guanacaste Vacation, a local Vacation Rental Management Company, known as “ The True Conchal Experts” as they only manage properties within the gates of Reserva Conchal Beach and Golf Resort. Their onsite presence, combined with their experienced and enthusiastic team ensure you’ll have the best vacation possible.
