This Beautifully presented modern hamptons family house is light filled expansive lounge, dining, kitchen area with that opens to fantastic undercover terrace. The pool area with its own cabana serves as the perfect entertainment area for family and friends.

Our Beecroft retreat is the ultimate gatherings dream featuring:
- Fully furnished 4-bedroom house in the leafy picturesque suburb of Beecroft
- Open plan dining and chefs kitchen area that opens to amazing under cover terrace with bi-fold doors for seamless indoor-outdoor living
Outdoor dining space under sheltered alfresco and a pool area with its own cabana and bar fridge
-Air con in all living areas upstairs and all bedrooms
- Architecturally designed landscape garden and a pool set in the back yard in complete privacy surrounded by big native trees
- Up to 5 car spaces on the drive way and plenty of street parking
- An office room perfect for working from home
- Free unlimited Wi-Fi access
- 5 smart TVs in living areas and bedrooms including one in the pool area.
-A table tennis, a golf putting mat, kids pool table and a foosball table and another tv in the garage
-A separate downstairs rumpus room opening to backyard/ pool area all have its own unedr cover sitting area

The pool area is perfection and the house is full of every little thing you might need for your stay. It is in an excellent location close to motorway and shops. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again.

Enjoyed our stay despite Air Con not working , it did create issues for family member in main bedroom without an overhead Fan, hence the 3 star rating The House is lovely with every kitchen Appliance you would need and great Pool . The location next to the Tollway is reflected in the rate charged but I did not realise this at the time of Booking.The owner was very helpful
