As a large group attending a concert at the Sydney Football Stadium this was a great base. Only 15 to 20 minutes drive to the tram and then two stops to the SFS. There were lots of space for the six teenagers in our party. The two houses were in good condition. The free parking was an added bonus.
The light switches were a bit hard to find in the houses. The house is up quite a hill and reversing the car out wasn't that easy.

The house is quirky and fun, if a bit overcrowded with 'stuff'. The fish tank is sensational. Beds are comfy and the communal dining space is great. The bottle of wine and milk in the fridge was a nice bonus.
The house is on the train line, so I imagine front bedrooms could have been a bit noisy for those sleeping in them. The parking is really on-street only, and there is limited space at the front. The driveway up to the accommodation is VERY steep, and this should be noted for those with limited mobility and/or heavy baggage. The kitchen also needs a good clean, though the rest of the house was fine.
