Luxury Villa Valens Residence with private heated pool is an authentic Croatian villa, a perfect blend of tradition and elegance. It is located in the village Radetići, 21 km from Porec and 13 km from the sea and beach.
Luxury Villa Valens Residence is spread over a plot of 1800 m2 with a living area of 400 m2. It consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor and it accommodate 8 people.
From the main door and courtyard through the sliding walls you enter the ground floor of the villa and the first thing you will find is a spacious living room, and behind it is a hidden bedroom with an en suite bathroom and also there is a toilet. Next to the living room is a kitchen with a dining area.
The basement of the villa there is a small corner for relaxation. In this part there is a gym, sauna, a billiard table, a gallery of paintings and a wine cellar.
You reach the first floor by wooden staircase. The first floor has four bedrooms, each individually decorated in its own distinct style. All of the bedrooms have a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wireless internet, sauna, gym, and a parking space for its guests.
