Quiet, relaxing retreat with stunning views in every direction. Close to Old Town and all it's amazing restaurants, La Quinta Spa and Resort, Indian Well Tennis, numerous hiking trails just two blocks away, and more golf courses than you could possibly play!
Desert canyons, pristine golf courses, and leisurely days poolside all await you in our home, a refined hideaway located in La Quinta Cove that offers all the makings for a restorative getaway!
Primary Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
OUTDOOR OASIS: Brand new private saltwater pool, spa w/ waterfall feature, pool lounge chairs, fenced patio area w/ cushioned seating, sun umbrella, fire pit, fenced yard, outdoor dining table, ample patio seating, gas grill, mountain vistas all around.
INDOOR LIVING: Open-concept living space, high ceilings, formal dining table, 70-inch smart TV in the living room, 40-inch smart TVs in each bedroom.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, tile counters, high-top breakfast bar, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, spices, cooking basics, dishware + flatware
GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, air conditioning, first aid kit, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels
FEES: Optional daily pool and/or spa heating fee (paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
PARKING: One garage space, driveway, and street parking
Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire property.

- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 30 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: There is an optional daily pool heating fee of $55 (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). There is also an option to only heat the spa at $15 daily.
- NOTE: If any of the house rules are violated, you will be charged post-stay fines and may be asked to leave the property with no refunds issued
- NOTE: There are landscape and pool maintenance professionals who service the property on an on-going basis. You will be made aware of their schedule after booking. Denying them access to the property is a violation of the house rules.
Generally you will not see us during your stay however, for longer stays we can be available for a walk through of the house and all it's systems if required.
