About this house rental
3 bedroom/2 bath contemporary pool home near Old Town La Quinta (Shops, Restaurants). Large private gated front patio area in a quiet neighborhood overlooking beautiful desert mountains. Tons of walking/biking/hiking trails with Palm Oasis & picnic area nearby. Close to world-class golf courses, Palm Springs, and Local Casinos.
The entire home including garage is available for your next desert vacation! The house has been thoughtfully decorated in a contemporary/minimalistic style to create a charming vacation experience for you to enjoy. The idea to create this special character home is for you to feel clean and clutter-free in a presence of a true desert vacation house.
The living room contains a 3 piece sofa with a giant 65" smart TV. Enjoy a movie night on the big screen TV and electric fireplace with heat. TV programming apps include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and TV Plus with 100's of free channels including local.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, private bathroom with a large shower and a double vanity. . The room includes 50" Smart TV. Patio door from the master takes you to the private gated front yard where you can enjoy your morning coffee under a shaded roof. The second and third bedrooms both features a queen bed with 43" Smart TV's. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with remote controls.
Kitchen is well stocked will all necessary utensils, silverware and appliances. It includes Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, INDUCTION stove, disposal, pots, pans, glasses (wine, mugs, cups), plenty of plates and bowls. The fridge includes ice and filtered water dispenser. Cooking basics include oil, salt & pepper. Many more kitchen items provided not listed.

- Private pool with heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day, which offsets the propane heat bill.
- Per city rules, there is no outside amplified noise (i.e., music) allowed at this Vacation Rental property while being rented. Music must be fully contained within the property at all times and not audible outdoors. Only the guests on the vacation rental agreement are allowed to stay in the property with two visitors during the day. If police or code enforcement officers are called to the property and they find any audible outside music or noise, or excess guests beyond the city allowed capacity, the primary guest will be responsible for the entire fine which could be up to $1,000.
- Loud outside conversations and noises are not allowed after 10pm, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Failure to respect noise and quiet hour rules with result in guest removal from premises
- NO parties
- Primary guest must provide a photo copy of their drivers license before check-in.
- By booking this property, you automatically agree to aforementioned city noise requirements

Property is as advertised, very clean and well equipped. David the owner was very helpful and responsive. Any questions were answer within minutes via text or email.
We couldn’t have asked for more, this was a great experience. I am currently looking to rent this home again.

Our host David was a pleasure to deal with and always quick to respond. The house was very clean and had everything you could want or need. Hiking trails pickle ball tennis all close by. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

We stayed for 10 weeks. It was an excellent house and pool area. Very generously stocked with kitchen/bathroom/laundry and cleaning supplies as well as drinks and food to get you going. Owner responded very quickly to our requests.
