About this house rental
BRAND NEW SWIM SPA WAS INSTALLED ON JUNE 20. NEWLY RENOVATED INTERIOR & EXTERIOR! Sleeps up to 14. Peek-a-boo Gulf views and a 2 min walk to the beach. Interior features spacious kitchen and dining area and 2 separate living rooms to keep adults and kids happy. Main level bedroom is a bunk room with a full sized bunk bed (can sleep up to 4). Bunk room connects to the 2nd living room and a full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find 3 comfy suites each with their own private full bathroom and deck/balcony access. Laundry is also upstairs. Take a quick stroll to the beach...spend the day in the sun...then enjoy the evening at one of the most relaxing homes on the Cape.

This rental met all of our needs. Jason responded promptly to questions, concerns, and requests. It was a great location for 3 families to meet from GA, TN, and NC. This family vacation included parents, adult kids, and grandkids. The location was perfect for families-quiet, peaceful, and a short walk to beach from the unit. The pool was an added bonus and enjoyed by all. The kitchen was well equipped as we prepared and ate all meals there. There was plenty of room for everyone-5 adults/7 kids. We would definitely rent again.

With a few minor tweaks, this property has the potential to be a 5-Star booking! Owner was AWESOME to work with and was quick to respond with any questions I had during our stay. Location was just what we were looking for.....

The house was in a great location. Close walk to the beach and close to the boat ramp in the state park. Beach was great, not crowed. House was very clean and newly remodeled. Loved the 2 living room especially with the kids. Nice large kitchen and bedrooms were nice spaces with there own bathrooms, big plus!
Will definitely stay there again!
