This property is located at a wonderful, convenient location. In just a couple of blocks we were on the main road to Ft. Meyers Beach or Sanibel Island. An Aldis, CVS, Walgreens is just a very short distance from the condo. The beaches are an easy drive from the unit. Kellyann was wonderful. She was easy to contact and always got back to us quickly. She even stopped by to help us learn how to work the TV remote. She is great to work with. The condo is spacious with nice furnishings. It was clean and very comfortable. The pool is a quick walk from the condo. The balcony overlooks a pond with a variety of birds, etc. We found it to be a wonderfully relaxing place to stay and will stay there again if we return to Florida.

We had a wonderful experience renting this property! The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. I especially enjoyed sitting on the beautiful lanai drinking my morning coffee while watching the many different birds and wildlife. The fountain at night was also very relaxing. Kelly the owner was very responsive to any needs or questions and the people we met at the pool were welcoming and so kind. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Very clean unit and well supplied. Beautiful and clean condo association. Smart thermostat was not convenient at times because owner had control.
