Lokasi sangat mudah untuk akses. Pagi senang cari breakfast. Banyak stallndan kedai makan yang dekat je. Ada 7E, KKMart, kedai runcit, McD yang dekat. Rumah bersih, kelengkapan cukup, tuala cukup, aircond sejuk, extra bed cukup, dan paling penting harga sangat berpatutan dengan Studio Room macam ni di lokasi sebegini.
Kalau ada water filter seperti coway tu lebih senang nak guna air sejuk dan panas. Nak masak tak sesuai sebab dapur yang simple dan kecik je, tapi it's ok.
