It was a short stay for us, just one night but it was comfortable. All the rooms had air-conditioning but we didn't even need it all the time because it was pleasant even with just the fan. Apartment was spacious. There were 3 beds, 2 Queen size and 1 single. The kitchen had basic amenities, fridge, a induction stove to heat food, a nice water filter with hot water (very handy), plates, mugs, and cutleries. There is a washing machine and dryer. We didn't need to use it. There are shops nearby but we didn't need to go because we had brought food, and had enough for one night. It is also close to IOI mall (around 5-8 minutes drive). I would recommend for short stays. The owner had provided prayer mats and direction for Qiblah which was very helpful. Easy self check in. Swimming pool view looks good.

There was no major problems. But the bathroom door wood underneath was broken or rotten, not sure so it looks a bit old. The bathroom floor can be a bit slippery when wet so be careful. The dining table was a bit wobbly so need to be careful. There is no microwave but there's an induction stove, and a pan for you to heat food. Might not be so easy if you're staying long term.

Great facilities including a playground, pool, and gym. Convenient location near IOI City Mall with plenty of food options nearby. Perfect place for families and a comfortable stay overall. Host is very responsive.

Not many things around aside from IOI City Mall. The bottom of the toilet door is rotten and needs repair. It would be helpful if the host provided a clear map or directions for the parking area — I had to drive around to find my assigned spot. Also, this property does not officially allow short-term stays. Although no one questioned me during my visit, I would prefer staying at a place that fully supports short-term rentals.
