Condominio MICHELANGELO- Solo per famiglie

Allogio ampio, al terzo piano ma con ascensore, molto vicino al mare ed ai negozi, ristoranti, passeggiata. Il plus era l'ombrellone più 2 sdraio in spiaggia compresi nel prezzo. Clima molto efficiente e due balconi ampi.

Premetto che l'host ha cercato di aiutarci per risolvere i problemi ma trovava difficile comunicare con la gestione condominiale ed il proprietario. Il codice del cancello motorizzato non funzionante ci ha creato problemi nell'entrare/uscire con l'auto (risolto con sblocco meccanico del cancello ogni volta). Lo scarico del water si otturava (intervenuto l'idraulico una volta), ho risolto io altre volte con disgorgante e ventosa. Se non fossi un amante del bricolage sarebbe stata una settimana "complicata".

The accommodation was clean and nice. The position to the beach was great, including one pair of sunbeds and beach umbrella.

The description was quite uncomplete - we didn't know there is not included bedclothing, they wrote it to us few days before, it costs 10eur for person.

Kitchen is very small, good enough for pasta and breakfest, but not for real cooking. There was enough space to make it one segment longer, I don’t get why they did it so small Air condition just in living room (pros or cons it depends… In the apartment was absolutely nothing (no soap, no toilet paper, salt, pepper etc) it was mentioned in the add, but didn’t really expected it
