Funkcjonalność obiektu, duże pomieszczenia tzn. kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, duża łazienka, oddzielnie sypialnia i taras.
Pierwsze wrażenie po wejściu do obiektu było takie, że wyglądał na czysty, ale muszka klozetowa była zapuszczona, odpływ w prysznicu zapchany włosami, a drzwi w łazience i sypialni miały uszkodzone zawiasy. Mieszkaliśmy na parterze i posadzone przed domem krzewy zasłaniały nieco widok na morze, gdy siedzieliśmy wieczorem na tarasie. Włascicielka obiektu to miła starsza Pani, ale jest z nią słaba komunikacja, bo nie rozumiem po angielsku i w zasadzie mówi tylko po chorwacku. Na szczęście jest kontakt sms z jej córką po angielsku.
