Room was very spacious with large living/dining area. Master bed was a Sleep Number and master bath had a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Beach toys, chairs and bicycles were available in parking garage
Elevators were still down and was then notified only days before arrival that a maintenance crew was be there replacing doors and windows. Also the playground was closed due to storm damage.

Good location
Encountered several issues with the condo/apt which made the entire experience below standards for the price. While the location was ideal, my guests and I would not recommend this rental.
Issues with rental included:
1) Black mold in hall bathroom shower, floor was very dirty.
2) Hot water faucet in both the hall bathroom sink and the kitchen sink didn't work.
3) Dirty fingerprints around door knobs in front bedroom and bathrooms.
4) Basic kitchen amenities such as sugar, plastic food wrap, aluminum foil, multiple packets of laundry soap were not provided.
5) Every elevator ride was accompanied by a warning announcement that emergency communications was offline. It was very unnerving as we had no idea if it was a dangerous situation. We should have be informed upon arrival. After several days we learned the problem had been going on for weeks.
6) Beach chairs and umbrellas were tattered and rusty.
