Great ski break

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Prodains lift and if you fancied popping to Morzine centre the bus stop was opposite the hotel!

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

Best 4* in the region & best receptionist ever met

Great comfort of bed Exceptional empathy of the night receptionist (that kind man with glasses). We had an issue on the road and we finally arrived at 1am and departed 3 hours later to get our boat. The kind auditor prepared us a take-away breakfast and we enjoyed every bites of our breakfast This kind of gesture worth a billion when you are very tired. So to that kind night receptionist “MUCHISSIMAS GRACIAS por su ayuda”. You boosted us with your kindness 😊

Lovely hotel we would definitely stay again.

The property was spacious, it had all the amenities that we needed, the staff couldn’t help enough, for a family of 5 we loved it, we would love to stay again.

On the down side the shower door could have done with a little fix.

Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the gondola and ski hire, you can ski to the door. We ski to the ski hire shop and 2 min walk. Hotel is basic, very clean and friendly Restaurant / bar over the road is great, lots of options and well priced. Great bar too

We had breakfast which was ok and no other options around, it was quite basic coffee / orange / pastry / cake and a boiled egg and toast. I would still have it if I returned but could be much improved for the price

Echt de max.

We verbleven vier nachten in dit appartement en het was werkelijk een fantastische ervaring. De ligging kon niet beter: vlak aan de skipiste en de kabelbaan naar Avoriaz, ideaal om meteen de bergen in te trekken. Ook vlak aan de gratis shuttle naar Morzine. De eigenaars waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat meteen een welkom gevoel gaf. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Het appartement zelf was opvallend ruim naar Franse normen, piekfijn schoon en werkelijk van alle comfort voorzien. We kwamen niets tekort. Parkeren kon voor de deur. Heel handig voor in- en uitladen. Ook het inchecken verliep bijzonder vlot, zelfs al arriveerden we buiten de normale uren. Het grote terras en het prachtige uitzicht maakten ons verblijf helemaal af. Kortom: een absolute aanrader. We zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken.

Évitez la chambre numéro 1, qui s’apparente à une chambre de bonne.

Propriétaire accueillant.

Chambre minuscule avec un lit de 140 collé au mur, sous un toit mansardé. Salle de bain mansardée avec douche sans parois, juste un rideau. La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos du site. Très dessus de la chambre. Les autres occupants britanniques étaient très bruyants et pas respectueux des voisins la nuit.

Bom para umas férias de ski!

O apartamento fica localizado a cerca de 300 metros do Prodains Express e junto a uma loja de aluguer de material, assim como de restaurantes. Tem 2 quartos com espaço suficiente, ambos com 2 camas de solteiro (um dos quartos as camas estavam juntas) e com uma boa sala com kitchnet bem equipada com máquina de lavar loiça, torradeira e máquina de café nespresso.

O Apartamento tem alguns detalhes de construção ou remodelação que o tornariam mais moderno. Fica a sensação de ter tido uma meia renovação que nem o tornam um apartamento pitoresco nem um apartamento moderno. Cumpriu o nosso objectivo e não deixa qualquer marca verdadeiramente negativa.
