You could order bread and croissants the night before. You could ski back to the property. The lift was less than 100m away

erfect location, just a few steps from the ski rental store and the téléphérique, you could even ski down a slope and arrive almost directly in front of the hotel.
The staff were super friendly. The restaurant on the ground floor was very good and convenient, and there was the possibility to order fresh baguettes and croissants every morning.
The room was quite small and the bed was not the most comfortable, but we still managed to sleep well. The apartment was a bit cold iat times, even with the heater on.

Location was ok. Whilst facilities were basic they were functional and we were able to self cater. The water pressure was good for the shower. Staff very helpful. This is an old tired complex but for the money is as you would expect. Parking is difficult all around Morzine so travelling by car you may need to consider this. Also EV charges are also not widely available in this locality. Id recommend checking events on in Morzine prior to booking as we were caught up in Morzine to Mont Blanc rally which made access across morzine over weekend problematic which impacted on our plans.
Mountain biking wise it is well worth a visit. You Will need to go to Morzine itself to access the lifts in first half of the week this was fine because the public car park was available but this was completely closed and not even access to the only Ev rapid charger.
Walls are paper thin. Mid stay there was an event on in Morzine which clearly brought with it a number of inconsiderate guests causing late night noise as they were rowdy drunks between 00:00 03:00 and the loud back firing exhausts rev ing of engines etc this made is pretty unpleasant as we had disturbed sleep as a result. I have to stay the staff were very polite and apologetic and they had even out signs up everywhere. Shame on the people who were not respectful to other guests. Given there were teams here this did not leave us with a good opinion of the rally race crew.

Incredible value, we had everything for a comfortable summer vacation in the mountains
The one bedroom apartment was smaller than a typical ski self catering accommodation but we really didn't spend much time inside apart from sleeping. The communal courtyard has BBQ and sports facilities ( badminton, table tennis, boule) as well as several picnic tables - so we mostly spent time outside or enjoying Morzine nigh life.

location, staff and amenities
the linen set that is offered for rent is pretty much a piece of paper.
either take your own with you or buy in the city center.
the one offered is below par

Excellent value for money, a 5 minute walk to the Prodains bubble lift. Basic accommodation, but more than fairly priced and reasonably well appointed. Watch out for all the square bedding if you're bringing your own sheets!

Location, nice with a few trails near by. Staff at the reception super friendly, they spoke english and they had a great customer service.
A little remodeling would be nice, some parts of the building look very run down.

Great value for money.. just a 2 minute walk to the Prodains Express lift which takes you straight up to avoriaz. And bus stop opposite to go into town.
Hotel is dated but very practical and good value for money and clean.
We cleaned our own apartment before we left. Checkout was simple.
There's a small restaurant attached which does lovely pizzas and they have cheese night too.
Only issue was the beds and paper thin walls... bed were too hard for me. But that's a personal preference I guess. Rooms are cosy and warm. Lots of throwovers and pillows provided but not needed.
I took silicon earplugs and I'm very glad I did. Hearing your neighbour peeing next to your head is not the one... and avalanche cannons going off at 5am wakes you upbe prepared for that if it snows!! Kinda cool though.
Kitchen is basic; no oven or toaster. But we managed again you get what you pay for. There is a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave, kettle.
Always plenty of hot water and great size bathroom we stayed in room 210. Not a bad view of the trees and mountains in the distance and a tiny balcony which was a nice surprise.
Loads of space to dry your kit. Airing rack provided loads of cupboard space in the hallway. There was only 2 of us though. It says holds 4 but can't see how it would work.
Staff are helpful and friendly. Reception closes about 10pm then you have to use the outside entrance if you are late back.
You can order bakery items the night before to pick up at reception at 8am. Which is handy. There's no shops nearby so you'll have to get the free bus into morzine and back so worth noting. Nothing provided for washing up or even a teatowel. So be aware of that too.
Buses are very frequent until 6.30pm then every half hour. You'll need to get the A bus from outside Rhodos bar to get home. They run until around 10pm
Apres is easy in avoriaz as the Prodains express runs until 9.30pm!!
Only a few minor things; No toaster, hard beds, thin walls.
Bedroom was so small we could barely get in it... the size of a bed and maybe half a foot.

Very good location if you're there for skiing. Very friendly and helpful staff. The kitchenette was well equipped. The common lounge area was nice. The skiroom was very handy. The value for money was good (the apartments were small, cramped and a bit "outdated" but we expected that for that price, so it didn't bother us).

If nothing collapse and you leave the room cleaner than when you arrived the quality/price ratio is not that bad.
Watch out from these guys. The rooms are very old we literally just lived there normally for 25 days and the room collapsed on itself. I just sat on the couch and it broke ,the heater came out of the wall that is made of paper and can t hold it . After all that they asked us for 85 euros for the cleaning ( on booking is written 65) and they told me that the kitchen was EXCLUDED from the cleaning service. So it s 85 euros for just cleaning the floor. When we arrived the room wasn't even so clean (85 euros...) And we had to clean the dishes at the arrive. When we left the bold guy started yelling at us because he had to clean the room ( we wanted to pay for that ) and he decided to take the 200 euros deposit for a little hole in a door that I didn t even noticed... When I asked him if he would let me have the recipe of the work for fixing the door he answered me" yeah eventually I ll send it to you one day" ... No words... We will never come back. The bold guy is so unpleasant he should change his work to something that makes him happy.

Great value for money. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location for cable car for Avoriaz. Quiet area.
It isn't as glamorous as pictures show. . The pictures don't show the ugly empty building next door which blocks some balconies. Wish the reception area was open longer.

This place is bottom end. You can't expect anything else for the price. My main reason was location. Right next to the ski lift or so I thought. That lift had closed since my last trip here and the new one is 500m away. Although cheap, by the time you've added on all the extras for towels, linen, car parking you might as well book so.ewhere better that includes these things. Also, if you have a low car, you cannot get down into the underground parking without damaging the underneath of your car. This is what I did. I paid for a week of car parking, but couldn't access it. A refund? No chance! I don't like the feeling of being ripped off, so will not be returning.

a bit run down in places.

Friendly staff, excellent location fo the Prodains lift and a great bar over the road with live music at the weekend.
The beds are too short ( and I'm not tall!) and the sofa is pretty uncomfortable.

Personnel very friendly and helpful
The appt was very basic and decoration outdated.
The sofa was uncomfortable with old fashion
We had to do the cleaning ourselves before leaving.
