We were only there for a night. There is an amazing restaurant next door. We had no issues with parking. I highly recomm

Cold cold cold and cold.

Bed is comfortable and the room came with towels, soap, and toilet paper.

There is NO HEAT IN THE ROOM. Such a cold night, and not just a little cold that you can ignore. At such high altitude (7,500'), the temperature drops dramatically at night. No space heater and no internal heating system in the room. The neighbors kept a dog chained up overnight outside of their restaraunt and it had a terrible whine and wimper all through the night, and the dog was maybe 30' from the bathroom window. The hot water did not work and combined with the frigid room temperature, did not entice me to take a cold shower in the morning.

Like other reviews you get what you pay for. A decent walk from town and not the cleanest room/sheets etc or bathroom, no toilet seat.

Stay away from this place

The room was horrible! No proper toilet sit, no way to flush the water in the toilet. Bed sheets were dirty. Just a very bad experience.

The dogs around the property. The people next door playing loud music until 1am and starting again at 8am. I’m not sure if they were visiting or lived there.

Spacious and quiet with view on the mountains

Spacious room with big terrace and beautiful view over the trees and the mountains. The bed was huge (I believe a king size). There are couple lounge chairs and a table on the terrace to relax and enjoy the view and the birds chirping. The room and bathroom are clean and recent. They provided fresh clean towels, a soap and shampoo. Josue was really helpful and nice. I though at first I could not come with a moto taxi from the bus stop as I had two luggages, so he came to help me and pick me up, but turns out that moto taxis in San Jose are actually tuk tuk and have plenty of space for luggages (not just a motorbike). He was not fuss about it and even offered me the coffee the next morning.

Nothing really, my only comments would be that the location is a bit outside town but it only takes few minutes by moto taxi to go there and only 10-15 pesos. There were a lot of dogs barking at some point in the night as most neighbours keep their dogs chained or caged outside at nighttime (close to the road) and there are also stray dogs.

No había nadie en la recepción, tuvimos que acudir a un restaurante que estaba a la par a qué nos dieran información y pudieran localizar al encargado de dar las habitaciones (nunca nos dieron llaves y no había luz)

No hubo oportunidad, el encargado dijo que no podía recibirme porque la cabaña había tenido un percance con las lluvias (rayo) Y no me dio alguna solución

It was dirty, no towels, no toilet paper, not hot water, you couldnt lock the door, two thin nasty pillows Sucio, sin toallas, sin papel se baño, sin agua caliente, la puerta no se puede cerrar con llave, dos almohadas finas y sucias

Entraron a la habitación 2 veces, esculcaron las cosas. Estaba sucio, incluyendo sábanas y cobijas. No había focos, ni llave para poder cerrar la cabaña.

Teniendo una reservación, no tuvieron mi habitación disponible. Y me ofrecieron otra habitación sin agua y sin limpiar.

Buena idea, mal mantenimiento

La vista

ambas habitaciones tenían humedad, la regadera de una de ellas se rompió al moverle el botón del agua caliente, los muebles están en mal estado y las cobijas no son cómodas. Además estaba rota la chapa de una de las habitaciones y no se podía ppner seguro.

Estancia en la sierra sur de Oaxaca.

La ubicación que, aunque no está en el centro (2 kms) es bastante fácil llegar a ello por medio de los mototaxis, que es muy accesible el precio. La calma qué tienes ahí, ya que al estar un poco alejado del pueblo es muy tranquilo.

La limpieza no es muy buena, sobretodo en el baño y, los aditamentos como, jabón, shampoo, toallas etc.
