The property was spacious and clean.

The property itself was nice, and the location was good, so overall I was pleased with those aspects. Unfortunately, however, the way we were treated by the staff left us very disappointed. After a four-hour flight delay, we finally arrived in Palermo for the first time, excited to visit family. Some of our group were staying with family, while others were staying at this B&B. We all arrived together in the same taxi. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the agent became rude after assuming that our entire group was staying at the B&B, without giving me the opportunity to explain the situation. This was eventually clarified. There was also confusion regarding the city tax and late check-in fee. We were not refusing to pay; we were simply gathering the money among the group, as it was around 1 a.m. Despite this, the situation was escalated to the landlord, and we were accused of being excessively loud and told that the police would be called. This was completely unnecessary and, in our experience, untrue. The surrounding area is far from quiet, with pubs and people socialising and singing late into the night. Therefore, if you are looking for a particularly quiet environment, this is something to keep in mind before booking. Finally, the toilet handle was faulty, and a family member became stuck inside. As he was claustrophobic, we had to resolve the issue ourselves to get him out. Unfortunately, the landlord was unhappy that we had done so. Overall, while the property and location were good, the experience with the staff and landlord was disappointing, particularly given the circumstances of our late arrival. I will be making a tiktok with all the rooms/ the toilet handle problem/ the neighbourhood.

Strome schody na 3 piętro , mało miejsca

Mi-a plăcut apartamentul modern și utilat cu tot ce e necesar pt o vacanta scurta in Palermo. Este poziționat exact in centrul istoric astfel încât poți vizita in scurt timp toate monumentele istorice. Aproape de restaurante, terase.

Este puțin cam gălăgios noaptea dar cred că asta face parte din farmecul zonei.

La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco,composta da un salotto con divano letto, piccolissima cucinetta, una piccola cameretta singola e una camera spaziosa matrimoniale, il tutto arredato semplicemente. Finestre delle camere nuove mentre quelle del bagno, salotto e cucinetta di vecchio stampo, ma comunque una volta dentro casa si stava bene.

Il grosso problema di questo appartamento e mi dispiace dirlo è come arrivarci, al terzo o quarto piano ( perché non si capisce bene) 70 gradini da salire l'uno diverso dall'altro per misura e per rivestimento chi intiero chi rotto. Ma io dico come si fa ristrutturare una casa e non investire una lira sulla scala per arrivarci?? Alla sera ci sembrava di salire su una piramide abbandonata.
