Limpieza y amabilidad. Situación fantástica dentro de Oviedo.
La cama era doble pero pequeña, creo que de 1,35x1, 90 y mi pareja y yo somos personas altas que este tipo de cama es bastante incomoda para nosotros. Además hizo mucho calor porque al ser un ático el sol se nota mucho y coincidió con una ola de calor. Aunque Jose nos proporciono un pingüino.

There is a great deal to love about this apartment. Plenty of space... the bed was comfortable, lots of hooks in the bathroom.
It was also a nice bonus to be met by the host who speaks good English. I appreciated the hospitality.
Finally although it is listed as saying it does not have air conditioning, they have do have a cooler that worked pretty well and an eighty or so degree day, and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom which is kind of a rarity in Europe, so the rooms remained comfortable...
Finally the location near the train and bus station was actually kind of nice... walk to old town was quick..and wasn't too loud.
This isn't a negative...Just a warning for any Americans who might stay here. Learn from my mistake. Close the inner door of the wash machine before you start it.
