Location was excellent
On arrival, evidence the property had not been cleaned. The bathroom (toilet) was dirty. The living room carpet had a lot of dog hair. Kitchen oven (surface) had not been cleaned. We took pictures and emailed to letting company as proof. Stains on bedsheets. Very disappointing. However, letting company quick to resolve as cleaners attended within the hour to follow up and clean.
