Our exceptional hosts, who were generous and very welcoming. The apartment was new in the traditional style and had a lovely view from the balcony and comforts of a fridge, tea making facilities all perfectly clean and comfortable. We shared homemade snacks and drinks with our hosts on our arrival and had time to chat and swap stories and local knowledge. The location was 15 mins from Plitivice National Park and restaurants even closer. We were relaxed after our long journey through scenic forests and villages on non toll roads. These roads were mainly very good (with cafes and restaurants in bigger villages) though toll roads in Croatia are excellent.
Not staying longer .. it really is a lovely place to stay
