Loved the location, within walking distance to Arundel Castle, local sights and restaurants. Well stocked for what we needed. Loved the privacy. Really enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony.
User error but took a while to figure out the heater. There weren't any rugs near the entrances so felt bad coming inside from the rain.

The barn had everything we needed for our stay, was comfortable and the location was excellent. Jane was great about being in touch, and really helpful in managing our early arrival, which made a great difference to our stay.
The only thing missing were some instructions on the heating! It was unseasonably cold and it took us a while to work out the system - especially the hot water boiler.

We weren’t expecting a loo in the bedroom. Could have done with some rugs upstairs- floorboards were very creaky. Sofa backrests would be better than cushions to make downstairs beds more useable as sofas as the cushions tend to fall through the frame.
