Fantastic location, ideal for the centre of Arundel and beautifully situated near the river. Parking arrangements fine too. Host responded very quickly to questions. Overall, superb!
Perhaps a TV licence to allow for easy watching of TV - I couldn't recall my passwords to access my BBC or other accounts so we didn't bother.

This property is perfectly petite. Uncluttered. With all the basics required . It could not be better situated.
One very small thing . In this hot weather travelling from place to place we put our fresh food stuff in a cool box with frozen ice packs . This cottage does not have a freezer or even a freezer compartment in the fridge in which to refreeze the packs over night.

Lovely location. Clean throughout and an immaculate kitchen and breakfast bar area.
Stairs were steep and the steps were slightly narrow for the 86 year old we had in our party.

Unable to access TV as no pass word. No lock on bathroom door Broken chair in back garden and this area not particularly well maintained
