It’s clean, the staff are very nice, their pizza was yummy 😋; although we didn’t enjoy the pool because it was too cold.

My daughter liked the swimmingpool, the breakfast was good. The staff tries to be polite, but genuine hospitality was lacking. We were handed the bill the evening before we left and asked to pay everything upfront, instead of settling at checkout—as is more common.

We were traveling as two adults and a 6-year-old child, but due to an automatic setting on Booking.com, two rooms were reserved for us. Although we only needed and used one room, we were still charged for both. The hotel could have easily shown some goodwill by charging only the commission they owe to Booking.com for the unused room. Unfortunately, there was no willingness to meet us halfway. What made it even more frustrating is that we stayed at this hotel both at the start and end of our vacation, so we ended up paying twice for an extra room we never used. A missed opportunity for truly customer-friendly service.
