Close to beach , owner is good

No air conditioning in bedrooms.

Great location! Walking to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen and veranda was the best part of the place, but you need to go up 3 flights of stairs to get there. Generous with supplies in the kitchen for relatively lengthy stays (6 nights for us). And a great classic italian coastal town feel, in Sicily. Would stay here again, but arrange private parking elsewhere. Also would recommend investing in aircon for the two levels downstairs. Otherwise, lovely place to stay!

Aircon was only in the kitchen (right upstairs) so goodluck sleeping down the bottom in peak summer. I had the fan on but it was mainly just hot air, so you’d need to leave aircon on 24/7 to make it somewhat bearable. Check-in process could be automated to self check-in (which would save time and hassles). Also, DON’T drive or if you do, have a small car and maybe arrange your own parking arrangements. As the ‘parking available’ is at a nearby hotel and they book out with their own guests, in which case they expect you to leave the keys. Not to mention, it is an incredibly tight space to drive into. So if you’re not a confident driver in Italy, definitely don’t drive here. And also, don’t park in this hotel. They charge too much and although the owner of this accommodation says otherwise, we believe he keeps the money himself anyway.

tolle Lage in den autofreien Altstadtgassen, 3 min zu fuß zum schönen Strand, die Lebendigkeit am Abend, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bars und Restaurants ums Eck sehr großes, schön ausgestattetes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, gemütliche Küche und Terrasse, sehr herzlicher und feiner Vermieter

In einem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gibt es kein Fenster und es riecht modrig, eines der Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer

La casa è situata vicino al mare, è possibile raggiungerlo a piedi. Bello il terrazzo

Purtroppo era presente molta muffa in varie parti della casa. Aria condizionata presente solo all'ultimo piano e non sufficiente per rinfrescare l'intera casa disposta su 3 piani, raggiungibili tramite una scalinata molto ripida e priva di corrimano. Camera e bagni non finestrati. Letti rumorosissimi e lenzuola vecchie e consumate. Non congruo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
