Está bonito y cómodo
No hay acceso a la laguna. El refrigerador hace mucho ruido. La comunicación con el encargado al principio fue complicada. No me dieron la información para ingresar y la chica q nos abrió la puerta no sabía todos los detalles de nuestra estancia. No nos dieron la clave para acceder al alojamiento y pensamos q era la misma para entrar al departamento, hasta q estuvimos fuera supimos q no era.

We had a car and so found that getting around was pretty easy. However, there is bus about 10 minutes walk away.
We found the bed to be firmer than we like. There were no paper towels or a towel to dry the dishes with but in the grand scheme of things, our stay was very good. There is a party venue just two doors away that is very noisy when rented so earplugs are a very good idea. The host is very responsive and helpful.

It’s a very cozy apartment in a good and quiet neighborhood. They were very responsive to the problems we had (internet outage, power outage) via WhatsApp.
We were there for a week and nobody came to clean, collect trash or change towels. We ran out of drinking water, toilet paper, coffee, coffee filters. It feels like they’re set up more for shorter term stays.

The bed was large and comfortable
The location - at least 25 min walk to Ajijic town. The owners took 24-28hrs to respond to any enquiries. Gave incorrect codes to get in, had to call them on WhatsApp twice for correct codes. Really really bad sewer smell in bathroom. Worst yet.
