location is a bit far, nothing around but with a motorbike it’s not a problem at all. but staying in Jimbaran is very convenience to go north or south. just the towels were old, the white feather came offf so we can’t use them.

Worst hotel ever in Bali. Shameful !

Nothing ! One advise : run ! Don’t waist time and money !

Staff really rude ! Be careful photos on Booking don’t match the reality. The room and bathroom smell very bad. Moisture everywhere and even worst as we found termites in the room gate ! Everything is broken especially in the bathroom. There were marks in bedsheets. Can’t use the pool as it is not treated. There are currently construction work in hotel. Don’t understand how this hotel got a such good rate in Booking. Really don’t trust the rate ! And we asked other people, all the rooms are in bad conditions. Besides internet connection is not so good.

Disappointing and dirty

Nothing

The rooms smelt of mould and felt dirty. The wallpaper and paint is peeling off the walls. The pictures do not reflect what the rooms actually look like. There are incentive’s everywhere for guests to leave 5 star reviews including free gifts and drinks which is probably this property has a high rating. The location is very quiet and rural did not feel very safe. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice pool, get free water in the room. Beds are big and comfy. Only 15-20min walk to the beach.

One of the rooms smelt of damp. The toilets need a little refurbishing. Some of the bedroom doors are slightly broken.

Photos look better than reality

Comfortable bed, airco, free drinking water, an OK breakfast, not far from the main road to travel to other neighbourhoods (if you have your own motorbike at least). The staff is friendly.

The photos look better than reality. The place obviously has a lot of potential but it's poorly built and poorly maintained. The pool was dirty and the area to sit outside is not very nice. Our bathroom could also have been cleaner. There's a lot of moisture in the walls. The staff are friendly but they barely speak English.

It was a nice hotel and the staff were pleasant. Comfy beds.

The location was rubbish. Far from town (further than I had realised which may be my fault!) and the room had bad drainage smell especially in the bathroom. Shower head was terrible. It was basically like a tap... I wouldn't stay again due to the lack of convenience in location. I would stay again for price though if it was in a better location.

3 floors in the building with no lift, very bad a/c and not really cooling, swimming pool was not really a pool and under renovation for god knows how long. no facility to call reception, bed sheets were v v dirty, no reasonable lights in room or shower or bathroom. not sure how it’s got such high reviews.

Staff are grateful, breakfast tasty and cheap, location is really good: 45 minutes walking to fish market what was really important for me Laundry service was fast and good value

Nasty smell from sewerage system - almost common problem for Balinese hotels, but here was so horrible that I would woking up at night Don't try work here remotely: internet connection is unstable and really bad. Mobile connection (4g) also worst in this area so I had to run around cafes looking for stable connection to work Shower system is needed to be cleaned I believe the hotel is for 7 days of staying maximum

Location is good if you’re looking for a place to stay in the southern Bali. Room is clean. The staff are super helpful despite I asked for help many times regarding the early check in, AC, and check out.

The bed linens, towels and pillows are disgusting. Never stay with family. If you are single and need a cheap accomodation near airport for a night , yes this can be your place.

Bit run-down hotel in a quiet neighborhood.

Quiet neighborhood, first impression of hotel looks nice. Free water to refill and fridge to use in public area.

When looking closer, quite run down, especially the bathroom would need some renovation. Breakfast was disappointing, as the "fruit salad" only consisted of three small slices of watermelon.

Quiet location and good night of sleep with no dogs nor roosters

First, the hotel is tricky to find and there is no sign Then, the personal was absolutely not concerned by anything Breakfast is miserable, asked for a fruit platter and I got few pieces of watermelon and an average coffee… The general aspect of the property is good but when you look at the details then you realise that all is over dated. Humidity, lots of spots on the bed sheets, walls full of squeezed mosquitoes and bugs….. Just a bit of renovation and some additional staff training would do no harm

There is a swimming pool but it’s too small to have a swim, small room on the first floor, a clean room.

the room is clean, the bathroom is good, but it will be better if the hotel has a bathtub. I like the privacy of the hotel. the location is near Nusa dua and Jimbaran but still quiet enough. so I love the room.
