Più un suggerimento per chi dovesse viaggiare con bagagli ingombranti, la rampa delle scale per accedere agli appartamenti risulta essere un po stretta, ma nel complesso non ho critiche negative da fare

Smell in bathroom very musty. No washing machine

The location is fantastic. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach. There are shops and restaurants very close by. The building is part of a closed block so that the back terrace opens onto a quiet arrangement of back gardens. The flat is situated at the back of the building away from the street. So, this flat is surprisingly quiet to be so central. The size of the flat is perfect for a solo traveler or couple. There is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster and two hobs for cooking. There is a kettle and nespresso machine. The bed is large, it's a reasonably comfortable mattress. The terrace is nice for eating and has a canopy that you can extend to protect you from the afternoon sun. The large dining table has plenty of room for working or taking your meals. There is a washing machine on the terrace. The property is managed by an agency. They are extremely good at communication and respond quickly on whatsapp. They arranged a taxi to collect me at the airport and take me directly to the property where I was met by a local lady who had the keys to let me into the flat.

There are several things to note that should be included in the listing details: - flat is on a second floor with no elevator / lift - there is a 30 Euro late check-in fee if you arrive after 8 pm. That needs to be made clear in the listing. - there is no Wifi! I don't understand how any apartment listed in 2023 doesn't include wifi but there you go - if you are working while traveling you better have a good data package on your mobile phone There are also things that you should be aware of when considering this apartment. - there is an air conditioning unit in the front room only - it will cool the apartment fairly well if you close all the curtains and lower the canopy over the terrace, but it won't really cool the bedroom, and you have to keep watch on the drip overflow - twice it overflowed onto the floor and I had to mop up a lot of water - there are no basics in the apartment - i had to buy sugar, salt, oil, shower gel, laundry capsules. There are no extra rubbish bags and no capsules for the coffee machine. They do give you a bottle of wine and a bottle of water in the fridge. But an apartment really should come with some basics especially when the guest is arriving late at night. - they had just sprayed for roaches before my arrival so I had to leave all windows open (no aircon) due to the strong fumes on the first night. - The sofa is not very comfortable and can only seat two people. - The TV is TINY and located many meters away from the sofa on the other side of the flat. Do not expect to use either to relax. - No extra linens. If you are there for a week, and you want to wash your sheets and towels (because you are sweating in the summer heat) then you will need to go buy detergent and do laundry. - The apartment gets a strong mildew smell if you leave it closed up too long. You must air it out every day.
