Maintenance:Monthly utility costs are calculated separately based on meter consumption and are charged to the guest. A mandatory professional mid-stay clean is provided every 30 days and is also charged to the guest.
🚗Nearby Parking:Monthly rates are available at nearby parking facilities starting from 150€/month. Parking spaces must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
🐾Pet Policy:Dogs and cats are welcome (maximum 2 pets)! A pet supplement of 175€/month/petapplies, up to a maximum cap of 500€/pet/stay(whichever amount is less).

Deposits:In compliance with Catalonia frameworks (Law 11/2025), stays are strictly for vacation, recreation, or leisure. Guests will sign a standard seasonal contract confirming the unit is not their primary residence, and security deposits are legally registered with Incasol.
