Villa Kalis, 10 BR family and group Villa

I loved the location, circle K is 2 mins away. I loved the pool. Best ever!! I loved the hangout area, ample of space!! The garden was so big that we could host games. The host and staff has been so accommodating.

This isn't an issue at all, but perhaps one of the rooms outside floorings could be changed cuz the wooden plank comes off.

Staff at the property were amazing, great location and pool was excellent for a large group.

Some of the rooms were a little tired and in need of an upgrade. The plumbing in some of the bathrooms wasn’t great. The water was a bit smelly.

Falsie advertising with incorrect pictures shown in booking.com website and filthy accomodation for stay Number of issues that we raised to the owners: 1. Main doors and rooms doors are broken and not lockable, so therefore no security or safety for the guests 2. Bedrooms windows weren't able to close due to this reason, rooms were flooded with mosquitoes, potential danger due to snakes, bugs and insects. 3. The Bedroom roof ceilings had cracks and gaps due to this reason we were able to see insects all over ceilings. 4. Bedsheets and towels had yellow seeman stains and dirty 5. Most Toilets flush weren't operational and they were broken and needed a few times to flush and it all had dirty toilet bowl 6. Most of the showers had mouldings and even the bath tubs had mouldings and dirt and most importantly they weren't operational and broken 7. Cobwebs in all the bedrooms and bathrooms had a very bad odour and smell. 8. There were 5 or 6 stray cats from the street on the property and we were really worried it could infect us with disease. 9. Safety box wasn't able to lock 10. Open sewage on the back of the premises which is flooded with mosquitos. We have taken all the photos and videos of evidence and also we have undertaken an interview with their staff members to list down all the issues and also their management issues. We also reviewed the logbooks and during 2023 year they only had 7 bookings and most of them had similar issues and they left the premises without staying. Based on the staff, the above issues were addressed to the owners over the year and this proves this issue hasn't been resolved to date. We have been communicating with the property manager Pietro for the past 3 days regarding the refund and till today no refund was provided and we have now gone back to booking.com to resolve this matter since this booking was made through booking.com website.
