We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property is stunning, surrounded by breathtaking Tuscan countryside, and only a 6-minute drive from Monteriggioni, making it the perfect location for exploring the area while enjoying peace and quiet.
Francesco was an amazing host—welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. He made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The wine tour was one of the highlights of our trip. It was informative, beautifully organized, and the wines were excellent. We highly recommend it to anyone staying here.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the pool was always clean and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The views are simply spectacular—you can sit outside with a glass of wine and enjoy the rolling hills for hours.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This place exceeded our expectations the apartment was beautiful, clean and so well provisioned. The pool and area were fantastic with the most amazing views. Total relaxation. It is also well situated for visiting the surrounding areas. The wine tour was really interesting and well worth doing. All the staff were warm and friendly especially Maggie. We were sad to leave

We were served breakfast in the garden one of the days, it was both pleasant and tasted good. The other days we made breakfast ourselves, and ate on the cozy patio belonging to our apartment.
The pool area was absolutely beautiful. We spent the mornings here almost alone.
The winetasting and tour was a very pleasant experience.

Layout was lovely, different areas to eat, relax and enjoy the scenery and the wine.
Limited food options in the evening as a live in guest but we could get to Montegerroni very easily so ok.
