Great view, very good location, well equipped, excellent management by booking guys. A great listing and highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful beach holiday like us.
A couple of niggles to be aware of which we thought might help a few. The flat is on the 3rd floor with a smallish elevator, so if you have a pram like us then it can be a little bit of a struggle but can be managed. The door handles were a little bit of a nuisance but I suppose you expect that with an old building renovation. But overall I would still recommend it!

Great view. Directly opposite the beach but not noisy. Bus line 12 and Tram 2 in few minutes distance, same like small supermarket. Apartment with AC, Elevator, etc. View from balcony is nice Very smooth communication with Frederick In case we will come back to Nice we will book again. Just not a 10 out of 10 as I keep this for very exceptional stays
