Brill holiday lovely van in a great spot

Perfect little get away

The caravan was so clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The communication with the staff was very good and nothing was too much trouble. The hot tub was a nice touch, we thoroughly enjoyed spending time in it.

The WiFi wasn't working. The staff did look into this very promptly to try and resolve the issue but unfortunately it couldn't be resolved.

Our second time staying here. New flooring has been laid making the caravan a lot more homely. Was tidy when we arrived. Still signs of wear and tear but nothing that affects the use of the property. Hot tub seemed to work better this year. Noticed a few people comment that the tv did not work but we did not have any issues with this, even when it was raining. Assuming the bedding has been replaced too as it was unbelievably comfy. Plenty of towels, cutlery, cups and oven accessories provided. Just missing a hoover but we managed with the brush and mopped up before we left. We had the same women contact us from last year too, super helpful once again! I’m sure we will book a third time :)

Good times

The location was good, and the caravan was warm and clean. Loved the jacuzzi. Was grateful that we had parking permits. All in all, it was a good place to stay

Could not get the WiFi to work. Practically all the hooks in the caravan were falling odd as the wrong screws were used in the fitting. TV was held in place by a screw which was quite dangerous. The shower head kept falling out. Looks like most of the D.IY jobs were botched.

Nice stay

The location , the hot tub, food outlets and shops it was amazing place especially it was our first time here to stay very comfortable beds owner is honest and polite to be honest 😀

That the silly string did not come off the decking whilst my children were playing just before we left which is annoying and hot tub had bits coming out the filter a little but to understand I didn't get my deposit back.

Nice But Could Have Been Better

The van was nice. Easy to find, especially as the hosts sent a very helpful video detailing exactly how to get there. The hot tub was great, and the hosts left plenty of towels which was wonderful. Hosts were easy to contact, and very helpful for the lost part. Beds were clean and comfortable.

There weren’t any instructions on how to access the Wi-Fi. When we asked for some we were told to take the back off the Wi-Fi box, but it wasn’t obvious how to do that without breaking it. Someone had to come out the next day and sort it. Then there was a power cut later on and we were without power for an hour or so. After that the Wi-Fi refused to work, so we spent most of the weekend without Wi-Fi. The pub across the road also played very loud music day and night, and while the noise level wouldn’t be too bad when visiting early in the season (as we did) it would be hellishly noisy in peak season when everything else in the area is open.

Lovely caravan - would definitely stay again!!

Great location with added bonus of a hot tub on the decking. Really good size decking too so great for little ones to play out safely.

Only one very small point was could’ve done with a few more supplies in the kitchen, we were a party of six and there were only 3 cups.

Perfect family holiday home and the hot tub is the cherry on the cake for relaxing at night.

The caravan is ideally located close to all the facilities and local transport links.

That time went to quickly and we had to go home but we will be sure to book again :)
