Peaceful Basement Apartment with Terrace & free GYM

i really enjoyed the easy checkin in process and small gym inside the loundry

all good

Pretty room, spacious, warm environment

The dishes were dirty and the bathroom is really easy to get dirty and wet cause the floor is the same level in the all area

The price of our apartment was amazing, one of the best we could find. It was also close to the metro station which made it easy and quick for us to get to the city centre. The apartment was clean, quiet and we felt safe in it. Great value for the money we paid.

The only thing that really bothered us was the mattresses on the beds. They were incredibly thin and uncomfortable, it felt like laying on the floor.

The location is quite ok, many transport options nearby. The terrace. The small gym.

It’s stated in the room description, that there are hairdryer, electric kettle in the apartment. In reality, the WiFi didn’t work and I had to contact the administration to get another WiFi and a new password. The TV didn’t work also and my neighbour asked me too if our TV worked. So I guess none of them worked. I mean I could switch it on but it required authorisation into one of the accounts inside, which I couldn’t do. There were no shampoo, kettle and hairdryer, also there was only one set of towels, whereas I booked the apartment for me and my daughter (8 years old). There were no after-shower towels (mats) so I had to use one of the two given towels for this purpose. No cutlery as well (but there were dishes, cups, pans and frying pans). I contacted the administration via WhatsApp to ask for another set of towels, shampoo and other missing things and only the next day the housemaid brought us extra towels (just 2) and shampoo. All that made our stay a little inconvenient. All in all, it’s fine but the missing things and options spoiled our general impression. I hope the admins take this into account. AND ONE MORE thing that made me sad and wonder: a larger amount was charged from my card than what was stated in the booking. It’s currently 11.10, and neither the accommodation provider nor the Booking.com support service has responded to me yet (I wrote to them a few days ago, while we were still in Budapest). I want to understand why I paid more.
