This round house would not suit everybody! Its getting a bit tired on the outside!Comfortable beds ,reverscycle air warmed up the main room quickly! Off street parking ,however shrubs along the drive need trimming! under cover parking area if needed! Table and chairs outside around the back.Memorial Avenue is a main road into Christchurch hence very busy in peak hours. Traffic noise not a problem.On the bus route to Christchurch central and short ten minute drive to Christchurch Airport.
Really small toilet area,the hot water tap in the kitchen is useless as to get hot enough water to do the dishes the tap has to be nearly turned off!

The paper towels, the cooking oil, herbs, packet of biscuits, how roomy the facility was.

location was good the size was good
there is no hot water in the kitchen hot enough to clean any dish
no knives big enough even to cut bread
the washer / dryer ruined a couple of shirts and took 5 hours
the heater in the hall did not work
