Appartamento Fiume, perfetto per coppie

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Wir haben eigentlich nur das Schlafzimmer, Bad und den Balkon genutzt. Selbst auf dem Balkon konnten wir kochen***. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigten. Freier Parkplatz vor dem Haus, ab 17.00 Uhr wird es in der Sommerzeit nur schwierig einen Platz zu bekommen, da andere Personen aus Nebenstraßen dort auch gerne parken. Paola und Claudio sind super Gastgeber, geben viele Infos und sind jederzeit ansprechbar z. B. über WhatsApp.

Wenn überhaupt, die Parkplatzsituation, dazu kann der Vermieter aber nichts.

We had a brilliant stay in Paola and Claudio’s apartment. Thanks to their hospitality we enjoyed our holiday even more. We’ve got so many priceless information. They’ve been very kind and welcoming, that feel you’ve met the old friends. We stayed for over two weeks and they were always in touch ready to help. The check in was very smooth at the agreed time. We’ve got to meet them in person and they prepared for us very generous welcoming gifts we really enjoyed, very kind and thoughtful. We’ve been so lucky to stay in their apartment which was super comfortable straight from the beginning and absolutely spotlessly clean in every single detail! Designed in a very elegant and pleasant sea theme and equipped with everything you can wish for and more from the kitchen (even salt, pepper, oil, coffee, kitchen towels…..ice cubes also ready in the freezer), bathroom (soap, shampoo, shower gel…)…. to the beach equipments (“stunning” is not enough to describe!). We loved the choice of programs on the new and modern washing machine (15’ minutes program was very handy), powerful hair dryer, air conditioning worked well (even though we used only once as we were ok with the heat), very good quality beach umbrella, chairs, beach games even beach towels! There were tupperware containers and ice blocks (handy for bringing snacks on the beach or travels and keep them fresh and cold). The terrace was so cute, spacious, private and comfortable. The location was brilliant- literally in the centre but in the quiet corner that you won’t get the noise from it. There were zero negatives and if we could will give them 100 stars. Paola and Claudio are real professionals and know exactly what their guests would need and they fulfilled our expectations (and beyond) to the last detail. We definitely recommend this apartment and will visit again if staying in Villasimius. Grazie mille per tutto!

Arredata con gusto e piena di tutto quanto può servire. Padrona di casa eccellente. Dolcetti e bottiglia di benvenuto buonissimi 🤤 Grazie ☺️

parcheggio in strada sotto casa non sempre disponibile. Basta spostarsi qualche centinaio di metri.

It has everything you need and even more (kitchen appliances, cutlery, plates, table clothes, kitchen clothes, cleaning appliances, iron). There is a sun umbrella for the beach and small plastic beach chairs. There is no blanket or beach towels, or at least we haven’t found them (we didn’t need them). The apartment is bright and cosy and beautifully decorated. It is really clean and recently renovated. The bed is quite hard, but it can be a good thing if you like it 🙂 The best thing is big, spacious balcony, with a really private feel as it is partially enclosed (there is a sink, gas stove and washing machine there). The owners are so sweet. They greeted us themselves and gave a few tips for our stay, and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and local sweets! We could always contact them if needed. We came to Villasimius by bus and we were walking from the apartment to the beach on foot everytime. It took us about 20-30 minutes to Spiaggia di Simius. To Spiaggia di Porto Giunco it is a bit further, but we also went there few times (it is beautiful!). The main street is 3 minutes away from the apartment, so it is really convenient. There is a big uphill if you want to take the quickest road to the center so be aware it can be hard in the heat 😀 There are 3 superkmarkets nearby, 2 on the way to the beach. We had great stay in Fiume Apartment and we recommend it to everyone!

The only thing to change in our opinion are lamps near the bed in the sleeping room, because they are really weak and you cannot read in the evening :<
