Close proximity to shops, markets and cafes.
Difficulty in accessing front door of the building due to door lock. Found easier to come through rear door as the key was easier to use in door lock. Tight squeeze for garage and garage door sticky to open.

The lock on the entry door needs to be replaced or at least looked at as it was difficult to open , I phoned them when we were unable to get it open and was told the body corporate would not fix it , this is not something that needs to be the person who has paid good money for a restful weekend away. Maybe they need to address this again with the body corporate. was not at all happy with having to gain access through another door on the other side of the apartment block.

Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach for someone of average fitness. Great indoor games and good quality cutlery and crockery. Good Wi-Fi, excellent, safe parking and safe, quiet environment. Living area aircon good.
A lift would have made transition from the car park to apartment easier and individual aircons in the bedrooms would have been greatly appreciated.

The apartment itself was modern however the bathrooms have not been renovated.
The pool area and gardens not maintained. There was a key for everything in and out. The washing machine was extremely loud. There was no lift and my nephew is disabled I wasn’t aware of this. Location was good if you are fit and able. The view was poor. The pool was also small so once another family joined it was very awkward.
