Views was great, apartment was clean, rooms are big, and with a washer & dryer in the apartment makes the stay much more convenient than staying at a hotel. We totally enjoyed the apartment and would love to be back again in future.
Would have been better if the need for passport to be sent for registering the stay be requested for 2 days ahead rather than asking for it at 1am on the day of flight - due to time differences, a 2 days ahead will really be better for most travellers. Do consider that for future customers.

almost everything. the apartment is spacious with balconies in every room, even the kitchen has one, and all overlooking the nice view of the canal. the building has a big swimming pool with an adjacent kids pool. it also has a minimarket where one can grab his/her necessities.
the centerpiece of the apartment is the massage chair (fully functional), and provide amazing massage. the kitchen is big enough and fully equipped (dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer).
will stay there every time we come to dubai
if you are looking for luxury or 5 star kind of apartment then this might not be your choice, but if you are looking for convenience for your and family at a great value for money then this is the best choice in dubai.
(i gave 9 instead of 10 because some of the furniture have some wear and tear signs)
