Konum olarak çok merkezi , Dubai mall yürüyüş mesafesi 15-17 dk. Ev yeterli büyüklükte 2 ayrı oda ve 2 ayrı ikiz yatak var . Alt katında market de var ihtiyaçlarınızı alabilirsiniz
Bulaşık makinası yok, ayrıca prizler de sıkıntı Amerika tarz priz olduğu için dönüşümlü tlf şart ettik . Evet dönüştürücü var ama yeterli değil . Ayrıca banyo da priz yok. Ayrıca bu çok önemli evin karşısında kocaman 2 tane inşaat var çok gürültülü 1 kere o balkonda oturamadık . Ayrıca pencere de açamıyorsunuz o sıkıntı .

Très bon emplacement de l’appartement. La proximité du canal pour aller marcher et la proximité des restaurants et des supérettes. La taille et l’aménagement du balcon en font un lieu agréable.
L’appartement n’était pas très propre. Absence de lave-vaisselle, de cafetière à capsules et de grille-pain.
Immeuble en construction, en face, générant du bruit.
