Do espaço da varanda e da localização do condomínio.
Poente. Eu recomendaria para ficar melhor ainda colocar cortinas Rolô na varanda e split na sala. Acho que os copos e taças para vinho também podem ser melhorados.

El condominio está bien ubicado, el agua de las duchas ( caudal, bien el calefactor de la misma), el depto es cómodo .La atención del administrador fue buena pero no alcanzo.
Ya lo hable con Erik, pero había suciedad baños/vidrios, cucarachas( licuadora/baños), elementos faltantes( lavarropas), cafetera no andaba, 1 día sin wifi, un aire perdiendo agua, la heladera no funciona bien del todo( perdía agua), el ventilador de la sala tampoco funcionaba, vidrios del balcón rotos
