Golden Beach Escape | Family Fun & Pet Friendly

I stayed with my children and there was beach views from the balcony and couch and walking distance. I appreciated that it catered to all ages. Including games of all sorts and toys. We loved the ping pong table , bowls , lawn bowls and there were kayaks , fishing rods. Very comfortable games room with couch and tv. Upstairs it was beautifully set out and furnished and had a rustic / beach vibe. So much space and seating. They thought of everything we could possibly need or want. Pet friendly was what I was looking for and got so much more. Reverse cycle air conditioners. Definitely made a beautiful family holiday memories.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

We loved the kayaks and fishing gear, ping pong table, loved the pink house!

Proximity to the beach and other facilities

Great location. Being able to put our camper in locked storage was good. Ample parking. Great views. Everything needed

Cleaning equipment limited. No vacuum, found a very old mop to use. Lot of dust on shelving particularly tv, dust on bedside tables and chocolate wrappers behind them etc. Back side gate to deck lock broken. Back door lock dodgy. Needed a proper clean. Just little things that the cleaners should be doing and advising. For roughly $500 per night I think dusting should be done. Neighbours complained about our dogs barking on our first outing when we were not gone long. Dogs were still settling in to new area and sounds. The dogs were good after that I believe. Neighbours spend a lot of time moving cars in and out of driveway. Dog hair under furniture that was not ours.
