The property was great, lovely pool, great size for my family to get around, balcony lovely to relax at night, aircons in all rooms, comfortable beds.

We arrived at the property unaware of construction going on right next door, noise was so loud it shook the house, starting at 6.30am, no privacy from workers looking through fence, one construction worker apologised for disrupting our holiday, tried to call Sunny bnb numerous times and emailed, no response they didn’t care, place was dusty, outdoor equipment eg canoes broken, thistles around pool, table and chairs at side of house, not clean, a none smoking property with smoke butts from previous stayers, 2 car garage with a trailer blocking one space, we left a brand new shirt in the cupboard and apparently cleaners said there wasn’t one? Enjoy your new shirt because it was definitely there!! Sunny BnB should look at getting new cleaners as they are not doing there job, kitchen drawers dirty, wet mop left in laundry cupboard smelt rotten, vacuum didn’t work properly! Lovely property that needs better management and clean.

Great location. Very spacious and had great outdoor spaces. Home was well equipped and very clean.

It was a great property. The only thing we noted was a bit of maintenance work needs to be done - bifold doors wouldn’t open and a lock was damaged. Easy fix!
