The property was much more spacious than the photos portrayed. There were plenty of nice spaces for people to have quiet time or to chat. The outdoor area was plenty big enough to accommodate everyone. All in all a wonderful place for the family to get together.

Not enough dishwasher tablets or detergent

The perfect place for 8 adults staying over Christmas. The rooms were all lovely and comfortable with AC and the pontoon and pool were great features to have. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. Only a 10 min walk to all the shops and cafes.

Quite large card fees when paying via the link they provide, which is the only way to pay. This is stated on the accommodation info page but I missed it when booking.

The property is huge which was great for 2 families. It is beautifully decorated & well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is in a good location- about a 7 minute walk to the restaurants & beach & has a beautiful setting on the canal.

The house was mostly clean but several of the walls were quite dirty especially the ones in the toilets and the stairs were dusty when we arrived. I also noticed that the vents under the range hood were really dirt.

Enough space for a big group. Communication with staff was efficient.

Having to work to get things fixed on our own holiday time which should have been done prior to our arrival given the expense to use the property. For a high end sell this was very disappointing. For $1000 a night, it was sub par standard. We will not be returning to this property. - no heated pool due to malfunction which was not working upon arrival - bbq not working upon arrival - washing machine turned whites into grey - shirts and socks are now grey and unwearable despite being washed separately to colours. - cockroach poo in the kitchen drawers - rubbish under couch cushions - stove burner grates were filthy - poorly equipped kitchen - eg. no tea pot or coffee plunger, yes an espresso pod machine but not everyone likes that kind of coffee or wishes to buy pods, no manual juicer, - no dishwashing liquid available - more than 2 tea towels would have been useful - 2 rolls of toilet paper, not full rolls, in each toilet for 10 people is inadequate - no ping pong balls for the table tennis table - no pool toys, for a family home this was a bit lacking - this was a house, not a home. We didn't feel very welcome nor did it feel like a family home - broken toilet lid and toilet roll holder in upstairs bathroom - ripped cushion covers and bird poo on pool chairs
