La zona es muy familiar y tranquila. Ideal para ir en familia y con niños pequeños. El residencial tiene piscina y parque infantil y además está muy cerca de la playa.
La limpieza es muy mejorable. Desgraciadamente no todos los inquilinos son cuidadosos con las cosas, a pesar de ser un apartamento de reciente construcción las paredes y demás mobiliario no estaban muy cuidados.

Apartamento muy moderno, con todas las instalaciones y electrodomésticos. Nos sentimos como en casa, es la primera vez que cogíamos apartamento y la verdad que ha sido una muy buena experiencia :)

This apartment is both beautiful and cozy, offering excellent views and amenities. The apartment complex itself is very pleasant with yard, pool, paddle, etc, and the underground parking is a significant advantage. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of nearby stores, the beach, and even the city center. Staff was very friendly and accesible.
