Seaside Serenity Apartment

Ruim appartement: ruime kamers, nette badkamers, praktische keuken met alle nodige apparaten, mooi terras met prachtig uitzicht, ...

Één van de wc´s was na enkele dagen verstopt. Men heeft dit proberen op te lossen maar dit hielp maar even. De wifi werkte niet, dit was uiteindelijk wel opgelost. Ontbijten op het terras was onmogelijk door de stank en het lawaai door bouwwerken. Tijdens het weekend was er een festival waardoor je in je bed lag te daveren. De afstand tot het strand viel goed mee (ongeveer 10 minuten wandelen) maar ging wel via een stoffige parking.

Alberto ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Das Apartment hat eine super Lage mit direktem Meerblick.

Die Handtücher waren etwas dürftig, auch wäre es schön gewesen ausreichend Toilettenpapier für 5 Tage zu haben.

Las vistas, el apartamento es muy bonito.

Las obras que le rodean ya que desde temprano hay bastante jaleo, y la terraza estaba muy sucia de la noche de antes.

The apartment is excellent, quite new so everything in perfect working order. Has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is ideal. Great balcony with a view over the sea. It’s a 15 to 20 minute walk to the centre, there’s a superb new Mercadona about 7 min walk away which is ideal and sells everything you would want. The agent dealing with this particular apartment was very good and everything went perfectly. Just overall a great place to stay.

There is considerable building work going on to the left of the apartment but didn’t bother us at all, but if you’re easily irritated then probably not for you. The work is right next to the pool area and the grass there is dead and brown. I’ve seen on some other apartments in the same block showing it when it was green and new, this is not how it looks now. There’s also netting covering the building site but some has come away in places showing all the building materials. I must stress this would definitely not put us off staying here again. There’s a lot of building generally in the area but when all this is finished be an even better place to stay.
