It was a great apartment, clean and big, and the communication with the host great.

It was all great, maybe just the big slope outside was a negative point.

David was a good host! He helped me clean my car when we arrived and was very responsive on WhatsApp text or calls. Great location near the venue for the event we were attending as well as close to the main road; supermarkets are not far off. Good quiet neighborhood: spacious house, with large self-contained rooms which was perfect for our family of six. The kitchen was also large and was well stocked with cooking and serving equipment. Theres hot water in all baths as well as the kitchen which is helpful when washing. They give a 20L jerrican of Jibu drinking water which saved us some cash. Thank you!

Having to go through a list of kitchen cutlery and confirm the number of each item including the number of spoons, forks, plates, knives.... Never had to do that at other apartments we have stayed in. It can make guests feel awkward. I personally have no interest in taking anything out that I didn't come with. Also, since they only accept cash payments and we didn't have cash, we wired the money over the weekend from our bank which the owner had to wait for and wouldn't let us leave till they saw it on their account. A card machine on site would be a good. Also, the kitchen could be stocked with a few basics like sugar, salt and tea bags. Otherwise, it was a good stay!

Communication with the hosts and the caretaker was absolutely superb. They really were able to help us with all our requests.

that it was a bit out of town. But then again, it was only 4.5km from KCC. So not too far. But it is definitely not walking distance.
