Thank you Francis Family for the wonderful hospitality you showed me during my visit to Musanze. Your place was very clean, everyone friendly and accommodating, very well located, near downtown but not so close as to be bothered by noise pollution. Your guidance on which places to visit made my trip cause I got to see and experience places like Buhanga, Twin Lakes, Bisoke and Hirwa Gorilla Family all with your assistance one way or another. Thank you

We liked + the breakfast, it was prepared timely and was delicious with a lot of fruits + the location (its only 30min drive to volcanos national park) + the employee recieving us was very friendly and helpful + parking space

- we booked two rooms with one private bathroom (connecting the two rooms) which we got at first, but then we were told to kindly move to a shared bathroom because there was a problem with the booking of others who booked the same room as us. We were told they don‘t even offer private bathrooms, which differs from our booking confirmation. In the end we got to keep our two rooms with one ensuite bathroom for the two. - the employee who recieved us was really nice, the other one, not so much. - the room was booked by a Genius member of booking which usually includes breakfast for the group, when available. We were told that the included breakfast is ONLY for the genius member. We payed 5USD for each other person. But the breakfast was worth it (except for the coffee). In the confirmation the breakfast is stated for the whole group. - No mosquito net
