Ligging, kamers, tuin. Volledig omheinde tuin waardoor onze hond vrij kon rondlopen.
Vliegenramen, airco's en een gordijn aan grote raam in gang zouden nog een meerwaarde kunnen zijn.

De grote ruimtes (buiten en binnen) waar je met de grote groep kan samenzitten.
Last van muggen wegens geen muggenraam. Beperkt kookgerei in de keuken (zoals messen, snijplanken). Geen lounge buiten.
