Situated on the sun-soaked Côte d’Azur, this villa is a great space to share with large families or among friends. The outside could do with a lick of paint, but we’re willing to overlook that with the sweet amenities such as a pool table, a hot tub and even a private spa with a Finnish sauna and hammam. Outside you’ll find several dappled terraces and a salt-water pool with amazing views of the French Riviera. A five-minute drive takes you to the nearest beach, while the popular town of St Tropez is ten minutes by car. Home truths: *A daily Housekeeping service is included with your stay *For those with reduced mobility, there are two ground floor bedrooms here which share a bathroom. *While one of the bathrooms isn’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. *As is common in France, some of the bathrooms may have separate WCs. *Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you during your stay. *The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. 
 *You'll need a car in this location. There's private parking here. *We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the outside of the house could do with a lick of paint.
